I am also a firefighter with Bargo Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade and have first-hand experience of the rapid changes and destruction of the environment. My artwork is inspired by my experiences and travels throughout Australia and Europe. My work is also inspired by Arthur Boyd, Brett Whitley and Claude Monet. I am inspired by the colours of the Australian landscape and the diversity of the flora and fauna.
